Excellent opportunity for professional growth. They have a wealth of training programs and if you take advantage of all of the information available to you there, you can learn a lot.

Cons

High stress environment. Too busy pointing fingers at other departments to do a great job of fixing what is broken. Too much politiking by middle and senior management. Very inconsistent in enforcement of company policies. "

The company provides a sense of stability and has a lot of benefits. As long as you don't mess up too bad, then you're okay.

Cons

Some people are in supervisory/management positions that shouldn't be. It seems like if you've made the right friends and have been there long enough, then you're in. The software is too antiquated - windows over DOS!
