Pros

Great Training good work life balance They will give you all the tools needed to be succesful. They have great benefits they make sure their managers are up to speed on all new product enhancements. They generally promote from within so the management staff is usally someone who knows the product. the senior management is also ver hands on they are always around to support the management staff. The regional in Boston is a great manager very down to earth and extremly personable with the sales staff. I have nothing positive expierinces with working with him. They spend a lot of time training youas well to make sure you are always prepared.

Cons

tend to micro manage. I have found that they want to cut the cord but it's in their nature to have constant contact with you. They give you the tools to work remotelly but seem to want you in the office everyday to do your telemarkting. Yet at the same time always give some new piece of equipment to work remotely. You can make good mony but there is a huge difference in commision between divisions and the MMS reps make a lot more money and will glom onto your clients to try to get their product sold after you did most of the work but i do have to say they are cracking down on that.

Pros

Great product, easy to sell, short sales cycle, fantastic support, great training, good hiring priciples you'll more than likely love the people you work with, there is accountability in the way we do payroll so if my client has an issue I know who to got to and so do they

Cons

It's stressfull, as is any job, but the quick sales cycle and payroll deadlines can get to you. The worst part about most sales jobs including this one is having to realy on your prospect to get you the information you need.

Pros

Company excels in training and emphasizing work-life balance. Despite it being a very large company, it has the feel of family on a local level. Despite an emphasis on 'numbers', productivty and client satisfaction, management will continue to seek partnership with employees to extract positive results. Company will always ere on the side of conservative - with technology as well as the conveyance or transfer of information. It is almost ridiculous how cautious they are when it comes ot security. Not convenient for employees, but reassuring for clients.

Cons

Company notoriously under pays. Competition among members of middle management is unrealistic. Client loads can be too large to give the level of service desired. The right hand does not always know what the left hand is doing which creates frustration.
