      Pros

      Fast growing company that is beginning to expand worldwide with lots of growth opportunity. Always seeking new quality associates. Great way to learn the restaurant business/industry. One of the largest Chinese fast food chains in America. Fast paced learning environment. Food provided during meal breaks.

      Cons

      No work/life balance. Landmark Education is highly recommended. High turnover rates. 10 to 14 hour days (55 to 60 hours per week). Required to work on Saturdays. Lack of management stability.

      Pros

      The pay is relatively high for a fast food restaurant business, there is a lot of learning and growing involved, and responsibility is given to everyone. Only enjoyed my co-workers and ended up staying longer because they were short-staffed.

      Cons

      Tons of work and too many high expectations to meet, depending on the management in the area-management usually needs a lot of improvement, high turnover rate leading to almost always a short staff, and numerous complaining customers. Many restaurants have managers that are rarely working since they are on a salary budget.
