Pros

The one real Pro was the employee discount which is probably the best in the industry.

Cons

training was really not there for anyone above the sales associate position. When I came in to the company from one of their competitors I realized that they had a high amount of turnover specifically the District the involved the Arizona market. out of the 15 stores this district had 12 store managers where new and it was caused from the lack of leadership the District manager had. There was no room for improvement and as store managers we where told to recruit from outside rather than promote from with in.

Pros

You receive a great discount working their. Every season you are allotted clothes as your uniform. Worked good with my schedule as needed. Fun environment.

Cons

Managers were very pushy with sales. Had to make sure we gave lots of product knowledge to every customers and it will bother them most of the time. Mangers were always behind you. Mangers were not as professional.

Pros

I was at PUMA during a period of incredible growth, and was given incredible responsibility as I proved myself. I had the privilege of being surrounded by a phenomenally talented team of people with whom I'm still friends to this day.

Cons

An unbelievable amount of international travel, which was fun at times but ultimately challenging to balance family life and work.
