Pros

Working retail for Puma has its benefits. Every few months you get an allotment of free clothes for the purpose of being a "walking model" on the floor. The value of these clothes can be worth hundreds of dollars, which can make it worth the hourly wages.

Cons

It is retail nonetheless. You will be folding clothes, taking inventory, dealing with rude customers, and being reprimanded if you don't meet the minimum sales objectives. The management quantifies your sales generation through the computer which allows for a friendly competition between your co-workers, but it has ability to cause resentment as well. Certain management staff can be very rude. Corporate should take better discretion in hiring.
