Fantastic Company

Pros

Extremely understanding of family and home issues, pays well, the company actually puts it's heart into it's goals. Very proud to work here, proud to say I work here. You work hard when there's work but I never find myself burning time with busy work. Rarely stressed, as a salaried employee working extra hours is strongly discouraged unless it's an emergency (honestly I've never worked so few weekends at any other job, and by that I mean maybe 5 hours in the last year), get to do community service during work hours, great people to work with and great management. Fantastic benefits and compensation. Lots of room to grow my career. Yep - and Usain Bolt.

Cons

If you're not a sports fan I could see this being less exciting. Can be hard to get your foot in the door and land the job. Finding a con to gripe about.

Pros

Good Lifestyle, a very stylish Headquarter, nice and friendly people, very young environment, good salary for newbies....almost everyone gets a corporate car

Cons

Very, very poor Senior Management attitude in regards of support, very difficult and sometimes strange job culture within some departments, bad EQ on Senior Managers level, they don't know where they wanna go..., very poor Project Management.

Pros

Good benefits, nice discount, and the dress code is reasonably relaxed.

Cons

Getting time off is extraordinarily difficult, much of the management is excellent at playing the blame shifting game and even when goals are exceeded still will choose to provide staff with negative reinforcement instead of a reasonable amount of recognition and praise.
