      Because the company is too large, people who are not self starters may not feel comfortable working at Oracle.

      Pros

      Oracle expects employees to work hard, but they also offer flexible work hours that will allow for a nice work-life balance. Many smart people here. I have only witnesses people treating each other with respect. I really feel lucky to work at Oracle and enjoy my job very much. It is challenging and I believe there is opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      Difficult to find out what opportunities are available outside of my present group.

      - The most respectable IT Vendor. - Opportunities to grow within the organization. - Learning curve never saturates. - Best working environment.

      Cons

      - Financial package is not that competitive. - Stressful if you are thinking about Sales. - Higher and Senior Management posts are granted only for Sales people.
