      Pros

      Lots of structure and processes, as well as career progression options.

      Cons

      Sames as pro's - sometimes too much red tape and processes. Less flexibility than a newer startup. Culture is also non existent. Success is very data and number driven. Also all the perks of going to club were removed towards latter years as cost cutting got tighter
