Very qualitative onboarding. Very good spirit, results focused and very flexible. Gives you the autonomy but everybody will be helpful if needed. Very high team spirit ! Atmosphere is very good.

Cons

You have to be autonomous. If it's the case, everything is going to be fine

Intelligent people. Work life balance. Using AI so much and open to any and all new ideas to improve the company. Leadership take on feedback. Staff motivated and wanting to work for OT. Great benefits. So much moveability around the company. Really enjoying it, and not a classic tech company. Company is performing very well too which helps.

Cons

A little siloed at times between teams. No company shares.
