Open compte un grand nombre de compétences (cloud, dev, infra, admin,...) dans son offre ce qui ouvre beaucoup de perspectives d'avenir. Le management est très présent et facilement accessible. Télétravail, mutuelle, CE

Cons

Certains clients ne connaissent pas cette ESN ou en tout cas l'éventail de ses offres.
