      French culture equals fake culture.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Great benefits. Good vacation time. Will pay premium to work here, but be careful, there’s a reason for this. Most people leave.

      Cons

      Disorganized. Lack of leadership. Marching orders come from France. Disappointing hr department. No structure. Lack of shared services means daily business issues on accounting side. Very high turnover rate.

      Lots of hours and over time

      Cons

      Coworkers will physically attack you if they don't like you. No cameras to catch people cheating. Insane politics. Mob like union policies. You can be fired by the union or management. Super loud with permanent ear damage. The most extreme hostile work environment I've ever encountered.
