Pros
The production employees were, on the whole, kind and wonderful people to be around.
Cons
I was appalled at the disorganization, disregard for employees, and overall lack of moral compass displayed by most members of upper management in the branch where I worked. In my experience, they would do just about anything to preserve and advance their own careers, at the expense of individuals in much more vulnerable positions.
