      Free lunch was included every day during your break

      Cons

      Horrible managers that make every day stressful Zero respect for employees Garbage pay for maximum effort No set hours (you get there at 8ish and leave when you're "done", could be 5, could be 8.)

      Pros

      The pay is exceptional for the work done on the daily, the management isn't breathing down your neck as long as you're a productive worker, and there are many people from all walks of life to meet and interact with.

      Mismanagement, communication, lack of accountability.
