Pros

*Paid weekly since I was working through a temp agency, Adecco.

Cons

*Nespresso fired all the black employees, but kept (and promoted) the white and Asian employees. *Management would lounge in the back office for majority of the shift. And, they were pretty rude to fellow employees. *No recognition for work done.

Pros

benefits, uniforms, free coffee for employees.

Cons

no free lunch, no help with parking, very low pay rate for team leaders and kitchen. Servers, Baristas and assist and general manager make the same money. Servers and Baristas make a lot because of the tips. corporate never answer emails. managers like to threaten. Managers are never supervised, they do what ever they want.
