I think overall it is a good job with good benefits. Especially considering that it does not require much qualifications. Gets a bit hectic during holiday season

Cons

Other team leaders are often not doing their jobs and it may put more work on you

Pros

Good team makes everything better. Decent perks with never needing to buy coffee.

Cons

Dealing with customer issues of course. Depending on management can be a struggle, but good management makes a good team. High expectations for full time staff with mediocre pay. Progression only available within specific boutiques unless you are interested in relocating. Horrible rotational roster/scheduling for full time staff
