      A breif review about Natixis

      Pros

      Very comfortable work environnement suited to experienced professionals. Fair bonus /reward distribution it can get relatively high if you compare with BNP or SocieteGenerale.

      Cons

      One of the bad things that I have personnaly faced but you may probably not is the vertical heirarchy. It's not so easy to reach top managers. It's not very suited to young people searching to start a career in the financial industry. It's better to get there after a couple of years in a well known firm.

      Pros

      I know that I could do a great job - I am detailed oriented and know my way around an office. I am detailed oriented and have excellent communication skills.

      Cons

      I don't know of any as on my initial research you seem like a great company to work for. Until you work for a company you can read everything that you want to about the company to find out about how the inner workings function.
