      Pros

      Natixis offers a very good benefit package, it has a European mentality in terms of work/life balance and it is small enough that provides access to the senior management

      Cons

      Priority in terms of career advancement is given to French people who come here in a working visa and then do not want to leave at the given time. The compensation is not market.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and progress, especially if you speak French as daily communication with the Paris office is way easier in French. Overall, good atmosphere, some real responsibilities giver to junior members of the teams, learned a lot in a good environment with not to much pressure.

      Cons

      No real down side, maybe just some issues with IT, a very bad CRM, but overall a very good experience in a good company.
