      Corporate treats right, but BULs can make or break your time here

      Pros

      Coworkers are down to earth, things stay consistent as long as your BUL doesn’t change often

      Cons

      Health insurance seems great at first but huge deductible must be met before any medication’s are covered. For some reason they hire BULs outside of the company most often and it leads to issues with staff where a BUL will be MIA all day come by and tell you to do some stuff that is unsafe or not possible and when you tell them they either take it with grace or some will take it as a challenge to force you to do it anyways.

      Marriage Vouchers Diwali Gifts/cash OPD Benifits cult Benifits many others. Some managers are really good but some you will find rude and not approachable.

      Cons

      Internal politics Favoritism Less WFH you will find favorite people are climbing the ladders with such skillsets.
