Pros

Good training, get the training and leave

Cons

I saw black colleagues ridiculed behind their backs, not considered for promotion and witnessed one of the senior directors imply that black faces do not fit. This company does not deserve ethnic minorities, there are better places to work!

Pros

-Leadership has been excellent during the pandemic. They did not cut our salaries and I am not aware of any layoffs. -Flexible work schedule (telecommuting). More time yourself and family is a win-win. -Solid Fringe Benefits. -Autonomy (No micromanagement) -Generous Tuition Assistance. -Company pays for professional development/designations. -Plenty of internal opportunities.

Cons

-Long-term compensation. Negotiate well before accepting an offer. -Too many legacy systems and archaic processes. -Company lacks a consistent training and onboarding process for new hires. -Certain departments are not adequately staffed. -Depending on which department you work for, mid-career employees might feel like underappreciated assets.
