- Appetite for growing and improving systems and tech. - Great benefits - Very competitive salary - Very supportive management - Associates treated with respect

Cons

- Reliance on external partners, although there is an appetite to review and change it - Growth can be difficult within your own team/stream, but opportunities exist to grow in other areas. Depends what you're after. - As is with a big company, can feel a bit lost among the many many others who also work there.

Nepotism is really rough here. The company talks about how it cares about its people but I don’t really see it practically.
