      Pros

      Work/life balance, talented people, opportunities to learn and grow, global organization, well-recognized global brands, free drinks and snacks, you control your own career, management supportive of associates' needs, pay + benefits are above average

      Cons

      Extremely political climate, less dependency and need for technical skills, you must manage your own career, can be difficult to navigate a global matrix organization

      Pros

      People at Wrigley are progressive, but not leading edge; they're conservative, but not myopic or closed-minded. I've found they're open to new ideas, but not the fastest to move on them. The Mars acquisition will continue to bring change, methinks.

      Cons

      Wrigley doesn't move very fast, and as a company they're not agile. Quite a bit of innovative and creative thinking happens with the products, but that buzz doesn't make it all the way into the general workforce.
