      Pros

      This company offers good salaries, which is definitely a big plus. There are also plenty of opportunities for growth and development, from training programs to chances for internal promotions. The people here are genuinely friendly and supportive. Our CEO is fantastic — inspiring with a strong drive

      Cons

      One thing that can be frustrating is the frequent changes in organizational structure and project scope. While I get that change is part of the deal in a company this size, it can sometimes feel a bit too chaotic and unsettling. There’s also a need for more transparency from upper management regarding strategic decisions and company direction, which sometimes feels a bit opaque.

      Challenging but rewarding

      Pros

      Fast growing fintech, very dynamic workplace with a lots of interesting subjects to work on which also implies a lot of challenges. Great flexibility (remote working etc..) It's sad to see so many bad reviews recently not reflecting the current state of the company and the efforts puts from the different teams to build a great solution internationally.

      Cons

      You need to be resilient and often accept big changes, sometimes starting again from scratch which can be frustrating.
