      Great place for learning and development, yet people engagement and communication suffers

      Good place to learn and develop, 10% discount for employees shopping in the metro stores, all facilities available to run full-fledged customer driven business, corporate support is nice

      Cons

      Departments work in silos, changes implemented too slow, employee well-being is neglected, employee hard-working is merely recognised and appreciated, still misses clear and solid business strategy

      Honestly not too many. Unless you are lucky that your boss is promoting you, you will not see yourself developing your career.

      Very average salary, lot's of management turnover. Overall company performance and future outlool quite bad

      Cash, it is a great place to make mad money.

      Cons

      Not much fun. I'm tired of slipping on the wet floors in the place. If the janitors would pick up a broom and mop the floors I'd be good to go.
