Pros

If you are a Deputy Manager or Store Manager, 50 hour contracts do benefit from high salaries. Hardest Working Staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with. So many different areas to the job - very good experience in all aspects of retail management. Very hands on management approach which I loved doing. Company has shifted in the last few months and although its hard to change, I think these changes will better new employees.

Cons

Long, long hours. Not getting full breaks, or enough time between shifts, Very difficult to have any sort of social life when in management.

Pros

The Facebook page is wonderfully maintained. The campaigns received from abroad are easy to adapt and quite nice.

Cons

Things are more organized abroad. Decisions take much longer and texts get rewritten much too often inside the Romanian system :)
