      Legrand takes very seriously people development and put a great effort on it. Growth opportunities are there for those professionals that are willing to take the challenge.

      Cons

      Not all employees have a good understanding of how diverse Legrand is with its products and the different divisions we have.

      Good salary but terrible benefits

      Cons

      they say they care about employees and customer experience but when it comes down to making improvements to do just that, nothing happens. They are too consumed with taking over all of North America's AV business that they are failing to make good products and satisfy customers
