      Pros

      Legrand is constantly trying to improve it's Employee Development programs. They really understand the importance of developing and retaining talent.

      Cons

      They acquired many companies in the past year and with those acquisitions come very different levels of business acumen and management experience.

      Legrand is very financially stable corporation, with sales north of 2 billion annually, reconditioned as an industry leader, and one of Forbes Most innovative companies. Ledgrand makes great products, and has a talented sales team.

      Cons

      Legrand runs too lean, this impacts the company on so many fronts. There are commonly overstretched expectations, especially for sales growth.
