There is virtually no HR, so don't expect any kind of clear communication about your career. Senior positions in Legrand Group are always given given to the same pool of managers which rotate between then periodically, while the rest of the team is overlooked. Don't expect to learn from the best, because this is not considered a value or asset in Legrand.
