      Pls do not join too much politics in Legrand

      Pros

      Company is Maintained too much politics atmosphere from Head office to Branch Office. Loby work runs in Legrand. All Senior Manager are playing with career of frontline employees. No job security in COVID 19 period. HR Specialy is just for the sake of position.

      Cons

      Inter conflicts between trade & project team. Parallel Market keeping high. Company has lost grip in market. They mainly focus on reports making process not market working. Unprofessional approach while leaving company. No job security. Pls do not join here.

      No opportunities for Australians to move into senior positions

      Always busy, great new innovations, production right here in Australia

      Cons

      Unfortunately many senior positions are nor given to Australian citizens, but to people flown in from France (or other countries) for a few years. They don't speak great English and don't even try to understand the Australian culture and way of working. No flexibility at all - working from home is a big no-no. No trust in employees.
