- Really good graduate program - They push you to perform - They've got some interesting jobs on at the moment

Cons

- Very cliquey - No emphasis on work/life balance - They pay less than all the other tier 1s - Not enough Aussies working for them (predominantly English and Irish)

Great opportunity to learn with one of the best businesses in the industry working on really interesting and exciting projects

Cons

Long hours during the week with week end work required/ expected but all paid at over time hourly rate so not too bad

Fantastic training has been provided on both a professional and personal level, regular development review to let me know where I am doing well and learn where I can improve, definitely at the forefront of technology and processes, always challenging the 'old way' things are done.

Cons

There are a lot of corporate processes to learn! Sometimes expected to work longer hours with overtime not being an option. It's all give and take though so you don't feel overworked and undervalued at all.
