You’ll have plenty of chances to grow through great training and development. Cutting-edge tools and tech are always in play and you’ll have access to them. It’s a fast moving environment, so boredom isn’t an option. There’s been a positive shift in leadership that’s brought fresh momentum and clarity.
Cons
The way projects and contracts are set up can leave digital engineers stuck in limbo. Sometimes you're central to the project, other times you're just a "nice to have." Teams aren’t always clear on what you do, and it’s easy to get lumped in with CAD technicians. They require 5 days in office.
