      Important for New Joiners | Stay Away from French Companies - Trust Me

      1. Benefit include RM30 credit /mth for vending machine F&B. Other benefits below market average 2. Have 2 monitors in the office 3. WFH 2 days, if within the week 2 public holidays on weekdays, need to work in the office for the rest 3 days

      Cons

      1. EPF, Medical - lowest among other SSC 2. Worst working culture, no humanity at all. HR really bad. Current employee will feel it when something happened to them. 3. Worst laptop ever, wait forever also still using the 1st batch of laptop since SSC setup 4. Performance bonus only 10%. 5. No leave can be taken within first 3 months 6. Professional membership capped at RM1000/yr 7. If you have work-life balance in this company, you are the miracle.

      Pros

      Center in Wayne is gorgeous and company pride with celebration and holiday gatherings were awesome.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership is in Paris so it can be challenging to move quickly. Very lean organization and business cases needed for additional headcount - foundation is work with less to achieve more. Only offered additional comp after moving on to greater opportunity.

      - favoritism in workplace by the head of center - running a center liked own - global & regional HR is not strong at all - no L&D provided but expect world class quality from the staffs
