There have been no paid holidays for one year, and there will be none in the future under current policy. No one has gotten a raise during the last two years. The reason is to temporarily raise the stock price. No concern is given to retention of quality personnel. I am embarrassed to work for a company that does not have paid holidays

Salary freeze for the last 3 years with no sight of any change in policy. Your benefits can be taken away from you at any time citing market downturn and yet the company keeps on making profits each quarter. No growth potential. Management expects you to work on a higher role than your job position but would not give you the position citing cost reduction. Red tape. Fat management layer.. almost like an inverted pyramid.
