      Good opportunities for progression and promotions, opportunities to travel to other parts of the world and a diverse workforce

      Cons

      Hard work, the management sometimes drag there heels before making a final decision on future models. Strang employment process using an agency that clearly uses underhanded tactics when dealing with referrals.

      Working for the best automotive company is a real buzz! Lot's going on, great challenges to overcome, never a dull moment. An opportunity to not only be part of a global company but also to be part of a company that is helping to turn around the UK economy.

      Cons

      Working in an environment where so much change is going on can be too challenging at times and this needs to be monitored.

      Constantly busy. Good long term prospects, excellent products, some great people.

      Cons

      Too many inexperienced people doing the wrong job, culture becoming more blame led and some business behaviours amongst senior managers is appalling.
