Pros
It doesn't require much to get in. They hire many immigrants, so if you're struggling to find a job and can speak good Portuguese (English is a plus), you might be eligible to a position.
Cons
There is no real career progression. Very few people can really get the bonuses they promisse during application. They insist "we are all a team" but constantly put their employees to compete against each onther. They don't assess people's talents to find where they would shine more, the very few possibilities for different and better positions are measured on the abilities on other positions that frequently have nothing to do with them.
