      Could be worse I guess

      Pros

      You get all the benefits that come with a job: meal tickets, Christmas bonus, paid public transportation, salary. Oh and during Covid they had to let some people go, including me, but everything was by mutual agreement so at least no harassment

      Cons

      Worked for them 2 -2.5 years and had only one review that didn't do anything for me. And I don't mean salary increase I mean anything, it was just something to do to pass the time for them. On another note I had 3-4 managers which I did not knew until I was let go.

      Pros

      Has potential, as acquiring a lot of companies to extend internationally. Strong presence in Europe with strong business potential in France. New HQ and new tools are in progress but the French mindset not international.

      Cons

      No diversity, no skills based recognition. It is as simple as a French comapny but with branches. So they dont have international culture, neither mature processes.
