      People - smart and driven Vision - Drives everyone to work hard. Perks - really good culture and benefits

      Cons

      Favoritism All that hard work leads to long hours so be careful if your not into working 24/7 At times, they are moving so fast that depts are not in line with one another and this causes more customer pain and buggy software.

      Pros

      Everyone is super nice to work with at HubSpot. The culture is insanely fun. You can wear whatever you want, take as much time off as you want as long as you do your job and everyone is there to help. You have plenty of opportunity to grow your career. They have a very competitive compensation plan so I am super happy with that.

      I really can't think of any. I love working for the company.

      Very focused on culture, growth, job satisfaction and career growth. I've never been in a company so driven to succeed before.

      Cons

      A little too "bouncy" at times. Salary could be improved in some instances.
