Pros

Pays well, some very talented staff, great potential, potentially very secure, nice new factory and open plan office/facilities, expanding industry.

Cons

Very poor senior leadership, terrible work culture from production, canteen food, car parking, double standards, too much focus on paperwork not enough of actual work, very inefficient, high levels of wastage,

Pros

Some very nice people working here Engineering team seem pretty happy New office at London Bridge is modern

Cons

Lots of office politics, in particular, senior managers are often playing the blame game. Salaries aren't very competitive HR is not great, only one girl who was actually good in Holborn but she resigned several months ago... Unsurprisingly.
