      Pros

      Since working at Helloprint, I have grown and achieved a lot at the start of my career. Grateful for the trust that is given for the responsibilities that I have, and the freedom that comes with it.

      Cons

      Coming straight out of college, I had to learn fast to deal with handling the amount of responsibilities I get and had to grow in finding my boundaries (and perhaps would have needed a push back). Managing to find a better balance.

      It is very much like a cult and has a meangirls culture! If you do not attend after work drinks or keynote it's frowned upon. The training is non existent - you have a week of watching presentations about other teams and then they throw you right into the deep end. Very unprofessional when you have a customer on the phone and you're clueless. Team managers don't seem to do much bar creating the days rota. They brag that the average age in the office is 32... and it shows! another joke is when it's start of the season and they expect people to work an extra 3/4 hours for free and finish at 11. Avoid this place!

      Pros

      You are able to meet a lot of ex-pats in the city.

      Cons

      The salaries are not the best. They do not do promotions with salary increse. They are very sneaky not renovationg people contracts to only hire interns so they dont have to pay the full salary. Be aware
