HelloPrint has a very open culture and offers numerous extra benefits to its employees, including lunch, sports activities, and social events. I also appreciated the opportunity to connect with colleagues from around the world. What particularly inspired me was the company's focus on innovation through AI automation and its ambition to maximize both individual and organizational potential.

Cons

If you align with the company's values and share its high level of ambition and motivation, there are not many disadvantages. It's a 'work hard, play hard' environment.

Warm welcome, lunch being served every day, good salary house compared to other CX jobs, lots of events (for example each friday, weekly sports, team events), transparant communication, room and attention for personal growth.

Cons

Each day there are improvements that require you to change your way of working quite often. You need to be flexible.
