Really appreciate you recommending HKA to others too; this is so helpful as we are a growing global business in search of more brilliant and diverse colleagues to join us. Pleased for you that you are experiencing: "varied and interesting work with pre-eminent clients." and collaboration happens with experienced experts and you feel supported. You have hit the nail on the head re our continuous improvement approach to our people...thank you...we still have more to do, yet thanks to everyone we are getting there. Equality, diversity and inclusion are now part of our DNA and we are keeping our focus here to continue to improve. Like you, I love our new London office and relish spending time in person with our colleagues. Health and wellbeing is our number one priority...so everyone is being very careful about coming into the office...yet over time the numbers attending will grow, I hope as I would love to spend time with more colleagues in person. I note you are a current employee and have worked with us for over ten years - wow - thank you for everything you have done to grow and improve HKA. As you know we are a very collaborative team and continuous improvement across work for clients, supporting our brilliant people and developing our business is key for us. Thank you for noting the Pros of HKA. We are not complacent about the positive points you made - we still have more to do together around Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED and I), health and well-being, learning, and development. We are after all of those improvements as we continue to make sure HKA is a great place for our brilliant people to work, grow and play! Sorry to read that you have to work long hours to manage your workload. In a global business that cares about its clients and people - that sometimes does happen to try to hit the standards, deadlines, etc. The important point is occasional long hours are fine, yet regular is not.
