Thank you so much for saying "Great Team, Great Projects" about HKA. I am delighted that you have worked at HKA for more than four years and continue to stay with us. Thank you for all you do to make HKA a great place to work and thanks for all your help to keep HKA improving. I agree with you and think we do have "a collaborative team culture across all departments". This is most refreshing in a global business and is powerful in helping us enjoy ourselves and do the best for our clients and colleagues. Sorry that you have "not seen colleagues enough during the Covid crisis" - I think you are right. When I have seen colleagues in person the experience has been very positive and motivating. I hope that as more offices become available on a voluntary basis to work, that colleagues will spend more time together. e.g. this week I am coming into our London office for two days which really excites me. Pros

Engaging and collaborative culture, your views and opinions are always valued. Exciting projects and the opportunity to work with smart, innovative people. HKA's approach during the pandemic has been fantastic, they have put people’s health and well being top priority and supported the individual personal challenges that we have all faced. Passionate about promoting a healthy work/life balance. Great ED&I initiatives delivered last year and lots more planned for this year, to help create an inclusive and diverse workforce.

Cons

Starting a new role during a pandemic was a challenge, as-well as not being able to travel to meet colleagues in person but this should improve as we move through the pandemic.

Thank you for contributing to the growth of HKA and I wish you well wherever you are now. I note that you think we care more about profit than our people; which I strongly disagree with. We know that our people are the most important factor in HKA and we care deeply about them and help them to enjoy and succeed. A few facts that challenge your view – in our 2021 global colleague survey these questions out of 10 scored most favorably: 8.4/10 My manager cares about me as a person. 8.11/10 My colleagues in HKA are treated equally, fairly and are included 8/10 Employee health and wellbeing is a priority at HKA. 7.9/10 Overall, how satisfied are you working at HKA?
