Thank you so much for saying “They put People first” and for recommending HKA with a positive business outlook. You are part of our HKA family; so firstly many thanks for all you are doing to make HKA a great place to work, grow and play. We really appreciate your efforts and collaboration as we grow and improve HKA together. You note many positives about HKA under Pros. Thank you for saying these points and more importantly, I am delighted that you are experiencing a good time. As you know, we are not complacent and we know what more we can do to make HKA better and bigger. Collaboration is so important to us and we treasure that 100% and encourage it all of the time. We also know it is our people that make the difference for our clients and all of us working together. As you know, we are still in this pandemic; so our priority remains to protect your health and support everyone through these challenging times. Thank you for posting your views and saying "good for developing, and most staff are friendly" I note that you no longer work at HKA. Thank you for contributing to the growth of HKA and I wish you well wherever you are now. I note that you think we care more about profit than our people; which I strongly disagree with. We know that our people are the most important factor in HKA and we care deeply about them and help them to enjoy and succeed. A few facts that challenge your view – in our 2021 global colleague survey these questions out of 10 scored most favorably: 8.4/10 My manager cares about me as a person. 8.11/10 My colleagues in HKA are treated equally, fairly and are included 8/10 Employee health and wellbeing is a priority at HKA. 7.9/10 Overall, how satisfied are you working at HKA?
