      You will get enough motivational talk: "Employee First, Customer Second".

      Cons

      1. The worst paymaster of the top 5 Indian IT services companies. 2. When you work hard, and the manager likes you... you can expect a permanent bond in that project(its not said in a happier note: because, even when there is a new opportunity to learn something new in a different project, you will not be relived from your current project) neither an increment in salary. You will get everything except the project change and salary hike.

      1. Innovation and Creative Ideas are respectfully seen (at least in the practice where i worked) 2. You are appreciated transparently by client and then internally 3. Absolutely flexible in terms of professional vs personal life 4. Immense learning in terms of technology and processes, practices 5. Traveling.

      Cons

      1. Compensation - don't wonder to see a newbie hired from the market at a higher package 2. Year on Year growth professionally and compensation wise is extremely slow
