      - Healthy work environment, with nice colleagues always willing to help. - Although you have to insist considerably, they offer technical trainings according to your needs. - Salary is correct. As a part-time freelance combining it with my studies, I feel I am earning enough to cover most of my expenses. When I was a full time employee, my salary was good according to the spanish standard.

      Cons

      - As an IT Consultant it is undeniable you will have to work under pressure sometimes, but this experience will let you grow as a professional, especially in terms of thinking about solutions and acting quick.
