Working Environment is Super Cool as you will get more than enough friends(Just like your college) Every one is ready and willing to help others Good for starters as they may even put you directly to live projects which is a very good experience.
Cons
Salary is less compared to market standards. CTC salary is including the annual incentives.(Will get 60 - 80% of your 4 months salary) Show off will get you more pay and praise than doing smart works. Stay night in office ,and you will be get easy attention from managers and management(Tip for New Employees) Notice Period of 3 Moths. You may be treated as a cheater once you decided to resign and keep licking their feet to get all you experience certificates and reliving certificates ready.
