      Salary competitive Rank and File employees are great Free parking Free coffee/tea, subsidized vending machine Close to public transportation Occasional pot lucks and company sponsored events

      Cons

      No room for advancement The company fires people at will, no feedback, no coaching, just a surprise meeting with HR and an announcement on the weekly newsletter Management does not listen to feedback, manages through bullying and intimidation and spying No structure in place. The philosophy is 'We'll figure it out as we go along' No communication between departments
