Pros

Upper management seems to care about employees. Decent Pay Bonus Plans HR seems to care a lot and try to fix issues regarding morale.

Cons

No Training involved, pretty much just go as you please. High paced work environment and frequent weekly meetings that would involve nothing.

Set schedule 1/2 hour lunches bonus off perfect attendance Rarely lunches served Holiday prize give aways Ticket give aways to games to get you to work a shift Great overtime during the summer time

Cons

Sucks to move up if your are not "white" Quality control SUCKS no pictures sent back from other warehouse for alleged complaints
