Pros

Drivers start around 15 warehouse around 12.50 plus activity based compensation. Company pays 3% into retirement without any employee contributions. Long term job. Plenty of OT to be had.

Cons

Little bit of disconnect up and down the management structure. You have your assignment daily and you complete it, it's great. Most work days are 10 hours.

Good Hours, great benefits, managers work with you and help out, opportunity to move up. Trucks are brand new and home every night.

Cons

Pay is a little low for a lot of work but getting better about raises. Other than that awesome place to work.
