Pros

Decent money, home every day, lots of hours available.

Cons

Everything is an emergency because Olive Garden is missing a case of lettuce. Drivers and shippers are overworked. Off days are split so you are resting up for your next day of work and cannot enjoy your personal time. High stress environment follows you home. Zero work/life balance, always on call. Safety takes a backseat to production or delivery times. Training is marginal and spotty at best.
