Pros

The best part was the free burger and fries after a shift. I enjoyed interacting with the customers, and I love the food. As an employee, I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the franchise.

Cons

There was no feedback from the management and it was tough to reschedule a shift because the management did not organize the schedules very well. If I needed to switch a shift, I would have to ask way ahead of time.

Starts out great at the bottom of the totem, lose a lot the higher you go.

Great bonus structure, employees feel valued, fun work environment, excellent food, quality product. Highly competitive salary and workload for crew members vs other fast food chains.

Cons

Salaries not always comparative to others in the field for managers.
