Pros

Great growth opportunities, good management, a variety of tasks and jobs so as not to get bored with the same thing over and over

Cons

Not very east to get a raise, training programs are sometimes out of date, sometimes the computer programs run too slow or not at all

Pros

friendly atmosphere, pleasant customers. I enjoy the type of work I am doing. It is challenging and keeps me striving to improve myself

Cons

employees are asked to do three times as much as when I was first hired, team has shrunk by at least two thirds. It is difficult to get done what they ask when there is no help

Pros

They have good insurance because they are such a big company, They pay for a few holidays off.

Cons

The hourly rates are not good. You get put on crazy deadlines and all the employees in the stores constantly complain about there work. Everything Changes all the time. just when something starts going good they change it. There MVR point scale is really short. 12 points in 3 years. 1 accident under 1000 = 6 points, 1 ticket = 6 points. in your own car or company vehicle
